My order was cancelled. Why?

There are a few reasons why we would automatically cancel your order.

Several days have passed since you’ve placed your order and we haven’t received a tracking number from you and haven’t received your hair.

The billing and shipping address doesn’t match on your order information

How secure is my personal information?
Stitches By Talina Christine adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

How long does it take to make the wig?

Can take up to 7-10 days   

 Can I cancel my order?

We have a strict 25% restocking fee for all canceled custom orders within 48 hours of placing order. Please make sure you're ordering the correct item and viewing the description before checking out. After 48 hours you will not be able to cancel.  Our pre-made wigs/units orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for exchange with a 25% restocking fee.

No, We ship Only in the US at this time.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We choose USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Once payment has been made,  custom order will ship up to 7 to 10 business days.  All other orders leave our center within 2-3 days business days.
How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number once your order is shipped. Please visit that link to track your order.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?

All returns have a 25% restocking fee. We only accept returns for our wigs/units units. You have 7 days to return your unit for an EXCHANGE ONLY. Exchange is based on in-store inventory ONLY! Product must be in original packaging and unused. Lace must be uncut.  Include packing slip and contact information in package.
